Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, pitch, and onboard retail florists, hotel chains, wedding planners, and corporate event organizers onto the FloraNow digital platform.
Account Portfolio Management: Manage and grow key corporate accounts, ensuring continuous order fulfillment, repeat business, and high client satisfaction.
Cold-Chain & Order Coordination: Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to track fresh perishable shipments and guarantee cold-chain standards upon delivery.
Market Insights & Demand Planning: Work with regional buyers to anticipate seasonal demand peaks (e.g., holidays, wedding seasons, national events) and coordinate fresh floral stock requirements.
Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly sales quotas, manage pricing structures, and resolve client inquiries promptly.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development within e-commerce, fresh produce, perishables, or hospitality supply.
Technical Proficiency: Experience navigating e-commerce portals, CRM platforms, and inventory systems.
Skills: Strong negotiation capabilities, client management skills, and a consultative sales approach.
Residency Status: Currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a valid transferable Iqama preferred.
