Key Responsibilities
- Business-Technical Alignment: Act as a strategic liaison between corporate leadership, PMO project teams, and technical engineers to capture, evaluate, and translate operational demands into software solutions.
- Technical Documentation: Author functional requirement documents (FRDs), technical specifications, user stories, and end-to-end process workflow maps.
- Vendor & SLA Oversight: Supervise technology vendor deliverables, ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), and evaluate post-deployment software metrics.
- System Integration: Assess existing IT infrastructure and PMO platforms to optimize digital efficiency across major national projects.
Qualification & Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of progressive IT Business Analysis experience, ideally within program management offices (PMO), mega-infrastructure, or enterprise-scale environments.
- Technical Skills: Strong background in business process modeling, system lifecycle management, API/ERP workflows, and stakeholder communication.
