Open Positions

1. Head of Drilling

Role Overview: As a core operational leader, the Head of Drilling will define and execute the overall well-delivery strategy. This role carries complete accountability for well design integrity, offshore drilling operations, technical assurance, and high-level stakeholder management.

Key Focus Areas:

• Directing end-to-end well engineering, from concept through execution and abandonment.
• Establishing technical assurance frameworks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Leading multi-disciplinary teams through complex operational decisions and risk mitigations.
• Driving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and safety performance across offshore campaigns.

2. Senior Drilling Engineer – Deepwater

Role Overview: This role is tailored for a technical expert specializing in complex deepwater environments and high-pressure, high-temperature (HPHT) regimes. You will lead technical planning and execute high-risk, technically demanding well designs.

Key Focus Areas:

• Advanced deepwater well planning, casing seat selection, and casing/tubing design.
• HPHT operational planning, wellbore integrity management, and kick tolerance modeling.
• Detailed torque and drag, ECD management, and hydraulics modeling.
• On-site or operational support during execution to resolve complex well engineering challenges.

3. Drilling Engineer

Role Overview: Designed for a driven engineer ready to execute precise well engineering workflows, prepare operational programs, and monitor real-time drilling performance.

Key Focus Areas:

• Detailed well planning, well control calculations, and dynamic hydraulics/ECD modeling.
• Preparing robust well programs, technical specifications, and end-of-well reports.
• BHA optimization, bit selection, and drilling parameter analysis.
• Continuous monitoring of drilling efficiency, non-productive time (NPT) analysis, and operational performance tracking.

Core Technical Competencies Across All Roles

We are looking for professionals with demonstrated expertise in:

• Well Architecture & Integrity: Deep experience in casing design, cementing mechanics, and well control strategies.
• Engineering Dynamics: Proven proficiency in torque & drag, bottom hole assembly (BHA) optimization, and equivalent circulating density (ECD) management.
• Offshore Operational Execution: A background in offshore drilling operations and safe operational delivery in demanding marine environments.
