An active Saudi Aramco project is seeking a qualified and certified Work Permit Receiver (WPR) for immediate site mobilization. This position plays a critical safety role in authorizing and overseeing hazardous work activities on site in accordance with stringent Aramco safety standards.

Key Certification & Eligibility Requirements
Mandatory Certification: Valid TUV certification issued by an Aramco-approved institute is strictly required. Candidates without Aramco-recognized TUV credentials will not be considered.
Safety Protocol Knowledge: Thorough understanding of hot work, cold work, safe isolation, and confined space entry permit procedures under Aramco standards.
Mobilization: Ready for quick onboarding and deployment onto the project site.
Core Responsibilities
Permit Issuance & Compliance: Review, verify, and receive work permits on-site prior to executing high-risk construction or mechanical tasks.
Hazard Assessment: Conduct pre-job tool-box talks and safety walk-throughs to ensure all controls, gas testing, and isolation steps are active.
Site Monitoring: Monitor ongoing site activities to maintain total compliance with standard safety permits and emergency action plans.
