Role Summary & Core Responsibilities
This position is focused on managing the dairy category operations and leading the van sales team in the UAE rather than direct field selling.
- Team Leadership: Manage and direct the Van Sales Team across sales performance, operational execution, and profitability.
- Operational Management: Drive route optimization, sales reporting, and sales growth.
- Commercial Execution: Handle store listing expansions, trade marketing initiatives, and ATL/BTL promotional campaigns across various retail channels.
Candidate Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in dairy sales and cash van sales operations within the UAE market.
- Channel Expertise: Deep familiarity with grocery retail and modern trade distribution channels.
