As part of this expansion, the venue is actively recruiting experienced hospitality professionals to form its core launch team across front-of-house, beverage, and culinary departments.

Available Positions
The hiring team is accepting applications for the following roles:
* Front-of-House: Hostess, Waiter, Runner
* Beverage: Bartender / Barista
* Culinary Team: Sous Chef, Cook
Position Overview & Operational Scope
Front-of-House (Hostess, Waiter, Runner)
* Guest Relations & Service: Deliver attentive, high-standard table service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
* Floor Operations: Manage guest seating, take accurate orders, and maintain seamless flow and cleanliness between the kitchen, bar, and floor.
Beverage Department (Bartender / Barista)
* Drink Preparation: Craft specialty coffee, beverages, and cocktails according to established brand recipes and presentation standards.
* Bar Operations: Maintain stock inventory, ensure proper sanitation of bar stations, and deliver efficient service during peak volume.
Culinary Department (Sous Chef, Cook)
* Kitchen Production: Prepare and execute menu items to precise quality, portion, and presentation guidelines.
* Kitchen Management: Maintain high standards of food hygiene, kitchen safety, line preparation, and inventory organization.
Candidate Requirements & Key Qualifications
