Job Overview

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

To qualify for the Emirates Cabin Crew role, applicants must meet the following official requirements:

• Age: At least 21 years old at the time of joining.
• Arm Reach & Height: Minimum arm-reach of 212 cm (standing on tiptoes) and a minimum height of 160 cm.
• Education: Minimum high school diploma (Grade 12 or equivalent).
• Work Experience: At least 1 year of professional customer service, hospitality, or cabin crew experience.
• Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English (fluency in additional languages is a strong advantage).
• Grooming & Tattoos: No visible tattoos while wearing the official Emirates cabin crew uniform (cosmetic covers, bandages, or makeup to conceal tattoos are not permitted).
• Legal Requirements: Eligible to meet United Arab Emirates (UAE) employment visa and medical requirements.

Compensation & Benefits Package

• Tax-Free Monthly Pay: Average earnings of ~AED 11,244 / month (Approx. USD $3,060).
  • Basic Salary: AED 4,980 / month
  • Hourly Flying Pay: AED 69.60 / hour (calculated on an average of 80–100 flight hours/month)

• Transportation: Free dedicated ground transport to and from Dubai International Airport (DXB).
